About our Firm
Accomplished Accounting Services was established in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne in 2006 to service the accounting and taxation needs of small business owners in the local and wider geographical area. The practice has grown significantly and built a reputation for delivering quality service and advice to small businesses. In 2009, the business acquired Neil Armstrong & Associates and moved into the premises in Ringwood East. Our commitment to provide exceptional value and service remains paramount in our objectives.
We believe in ‘old fashioned’ service and regularly visit business clients at their work place to get a better understanding of their business, their products and services plus their staff. Being a proactive firm we have responded to the needs of our clients and added a range of new services. We have evolved from a traditional tax and accounting practice to a full financial services firm providing small business owners with more than just tax returns and compliance. Our role is to help you grow your revenue, profits and business value plus create wealth using tax effective strategies such as negative gearing and superannuation. We also assist clients with their marketing and provide advice on branding, websites and promotional materials to help you get a better return on your marketing dollars. Our holistic approach to clients also extends to asset protection and succession planning.
While our clients span a broad range of industries we have developed some niche markets including building and the related trades. In addition, we are widely recognized as a specialist in business start ups and negatively geared investment properties. As a progressive firm we continually adopt the latest technology and systems and our client base now extends Australia wide. Regular communication with clients is a priority and our quarterly ‘On The Money’ newsletter is full of business development strategies and wealth creation tips.
We are big enough to handle the most complex technical tax issues but small enough to maintain our commitment to personal service. Contact us today and discover why we are passionate about providing ‘Wealth solutions for small business’.

“Accomplished Accounting Services has been the accountant for our company for 3 years.
Sharni had found errors in our previous accountant in reference to our company cars and resolved them in an innovative way that saved our company numerous fees and taxes.
Of all three previous accountants Sharni was the only one to demonstrate a clear understanding of the Personal Services Income laws as it applies to IT contractors. The information she supplied to us enabled our company to be defined as a personal services business. This gave our company substantial commercial advantage over our competitors.
She set up a self-managed super fund and a trust company to manage it and laid out a plan to move funds into it with minimized cost, fees and taxes. This was to the advantage of management, employees and share holders.
Accomplished Accounting Services, with minimal information, was able to manage taxation requirements of a probate estate for the executors and beneficiaries of that estate.
As the director of our company I can, without hesitation, give the highest recommendation to Accomplished Accounting Services.”

“After being dissatisfied with two Accounting firms over a period of 11 years, I took my business to Sharni Clark and have never looked back. She is the most professional, competent and reliable person I have dealt with for many, many years. After all those years where I either received a pittance of a refund or had to pay tax, I have been delighted with my returns. Her knowledge of the tax system astounded me. Sharni has enlightened me on so many aspects of tax deductions of which I had not been aware. Her knowledge, integrity, confidentiality, approachability and speedy service are just some of the reasons why I would highly recommend Sharni to anybody.”
